The department of Computer Science was established by the institute in the academic year 2008-2009, so as to make it possible to the students of Science faculty to learn Computer Science while learning other subjects of science faculty. Computer science subject is made effective from academic year 2008-09
The objective behind the establishment of the department is to prepare students for careers as software professionals and for advanced studies in Computer Science and Information technology.
Welcome to the Department of Computer Science at Vinayakrao Patil Mahavidyalaya Vaijapur. The department was established in the year 2008-2009. Department has well qualified and dedicated faculty. The department is also well equipped with laboratories.
Department is always keen to impart high quality education through theoretical and Practical oriented concepts. Department strives for the holistic development of students by conducting different types of Co-Curricular and Extra-Curricular Activities. This development helps to build students Computational and critical thinking skills. The Department focuses on Outcome Based Education and is striving at its best to provide students with the latest technological Workshop, latest technical skills etc.
